This policy covers this marketing website only. If you are a member, affiliate, or administrator using the AllAboard365 application, the organization that enrolled you is the data controller for your account, and their notice governs that data. Ask them, or write to us and we will point you to the right party.
What we collect
- What you type into the demo request form: your name, organization, work email, optional phone number, organization type, approximate member count, what platform you are on today, and your message.
- Standard web request data handled by our host: IP address, user agent, and the pages requested. This is used to serve the site and to stop abuse.
We do not run advertising trackers or analytics scripts on this site, and we do not set marketing cookies. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.
Why we collect it
To reply to your request, to prepare a demo that fits your organization, and to follow up about AllAboard365. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for anyone else's marketing.

How long we keep it
Form submissions arrive as email and are kept in our sales inbox while the conversation is live and for up to 24 months afterward, then deleted. Server request logs are kept by our host for a short retention window and are not linked back to you.
Your choices
Email [email protected] and ask for a copy of what we hold about you, a correction, or deletion. We will do it and confirm when it is done. Ask us to stop contacting you and we stop.
Children
This site is aimed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 through it.
Changes
If this policy changes we update the date at the top. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
